This line features an ingenious design that is extremely practical and thus perfect for modular series production. For example, XMS can be used to create custom machine enclosures that are optimally geared toward the relevant area of application. The frame design is deformation free and thus exceptionally strong.
Depending on the application scenario, the individual functional sections can be separated to maintain a clear distinction between process, service and supply levels. The door concept is also unique on the market and gives users the opportunity to install custom doors, so that the individual functional areas can be accessed separately, for example. This makes it far easier to carry out maintenance and service work on the machinery.
Another highlight of Line XMS is the cable conduits that are integrated into the profiles and thus ensure that cables and lines can be safely routed to where they are needed. A special Partition Profile can be used to keep power and control cables apart. What’s more, the outer surfaces and seals of the profiles are also smooth and unbroken.
